This Summer, we have been working in local Primary Schools with parents and their children doing basic cooking and giving nutritional advice, as appropriate.

Nutrition Therapy
Nutrition therapy helps to improve general health by enhancing the body's own mechanisms to promote self healing. In a time of conflicting & confusing health messages about food & diet, the aim of a Nutrition Therapist is to make sound clinical judgements in an environment of scientific uncertainty.
