The Consultation (from £60)

The first consultation, which normally last 1¼ - 1½ hours, is an investigation into your present state of health and well-being. A medical history will be taken which will provide the therapist with the information required to assess your current nutritional status.

A nutrition programme will then be specifically designed for you as well as recommendations of any further tests that may be necessary. The programme will include dietary changes, specific dietary supplements and possible lifestyle changes which enable the body to heal.

Follow-up consultations (cost from £45) are usually shorter and will include explanations of any test results, assess progress and make further adjustments where needed.
