Balanced Diet

But, surely we should get all the vitamins we need from a well balanced diet?

Sadly, this is no longer the case. With increased levels of pollution, stressful lives, intensive farming techniques and processed food diets, our bodies are subject to a host of challenges & deficiencies they were never programmed to cope with.


An individual's requirements will vary depending on their sex, age, eating habits, alcohol consumption, levels of exercise, whether they smoke, live or work close to busy industrial areas. Two very important and often overlooked factors are how well you digest and absorb your food. Do you know how and where your food was grown, prepared, cooked and stored? These issues are all very important and make our requirements very different and specific.
